Head Quality:

- Graduate or PG in Management with 12-15 years experience in Anchoring quality and innovation

- Drive the Excellence Business Model within the organization.

- Incumbent should be primarily a go getter, influential, navigator and steer employees to achieve excellence in the work area and also manage the internal stakeholders being the functional heads

- Should have green belt/black belt / six sigma certification and also have experience in Business Process Engineering or BPR .

- Target group Top 4 MNC Consulting firms into quality certification domain /BPOs / KPOs or Companies into Business Excellence or Quality Certification
