Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: - Develop and implement comprehensive quality strategies and frameworks across the TTLH verticals. - Lead a team of quality managers and professionals to drive quality initiatives and improvements. - Align quality objectives with business goals and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. Quality Assurance & Control: - Establish and monitor quality standards, policies, and procedures for BPO operations. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, client requirements, and company policies. - Oversee quality audits, process assessments, and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Process Improvement: - Implement continuous process improvement methodologies to enhance service delivery. - Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to drive process efficiencies and effectiveness. - Lead initiatives to reduce defects, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall operational performance. Client & Stakeholder Management: - Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding quality matters. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align quality initiatives with business objectives. Training & Development: - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of the quality team. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. - Ensure the quality team is up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on quality and service delivery. - Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators to senior management. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: - Minimum of 20 years of experience in BPO operations with a focus on Telecom, Travel, Logistics, and Hospitality domains. - Proven track record of leading and managing quality functions in a large-scale BPO environment. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification in Quality Management is preferred. Skills & Competencies: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent understanding of quality assurance and control methodologies. - Proficiency in process improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
