Need person who is matured and has experience of handling central quality head role in multiple plant environment.

Qualification & Skills:
- BTech - Mechanical,
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical ability
- Training orientation
- 6 Sigma black belt Certifications and experience of implementation across organization
- Certifications in quality systems. Implementation experience of quality systems.
- Team handling experience must with exposure to working in matrix organization.
Job Purpose:
- To lead and manage the strategic and operational performance of the Quality department, ensuring the successful delivery of business strategy, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- To ensure the efficient and effective day to day running of the department.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing complete quality function for the organization
- Developing and implementing the Quality department's plans, to ensure it meets the business requirements and customer deliverables
- Implementing and monitoring all Quality Assurance systems in line with company quality guidelines.
- Acting as the main point of contact on all Quality matters, internally and externally.
- Establish quality and reliability standards by studying product and customer requirements.
- Develop systems to track and drive plant level quality KPI - Customer, Internal & Supplier
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve quality culture of the organization.
- Implement world class quality systems & process in the organization.
- Drive implementation of Companies 15 business processes.
- Work with other departments to deploy strong quality controls
- Improve customer perception on quality
- Improve capability of quality team and other shop floor staff through regular training & coaching on quality tools.
