Job Title: Head - Quality Assurance

Job Purpose:

- Head - Quality Assurance who can ensure delivery of high-quality and world-class products by establishing and enforcing quality standards and processes across all of platforms and delivery teams. You will continuously raise the bar for delivery of high-excellence products and foster a quality-first culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities -

- Manage, plan, coordinate, and head the Quality Assurance program designed to ensure continuous production/service consistent with established standards.

- Manage end-to- end testing activities for multiple software products.

- Establish quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other key stakeholders.

- Establish standards for the disposition of finished product by devising evaluation tests, methods, and procedures.

- Establish product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

- Champion continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives to establish an effective Quality Management System (QMS).

- Maintain product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and requirements; collaborating with other key stakeholders to develop new products.

- Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

- Deliver on quality assurance objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and by appointing external Quality Assurance vendors.

- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders and champion continuous improvement initiatives across product portfolio.

Location: Mumbai

Skills:

- 10+ years- experience in QA in a digital environment.

- In-App (Android and iOS) and BFSI experience would be an advantage.

- Exceptional QA Mgr with track record of initiating change & implementing test strategies across an organisation.

- Experience of leading testing process for multiple large scale initiatives/programmes

- Strong automated testing background.

- Strong influencing skills and able to credibly challenge status-quo to deliver best practice solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with other teams and stakeholders.

- DevOps understanding of environment and release management and benefits of continuous integration.

- Excellent knowledge of a variety of testing methodologies including performance testing, integration testing and UAT.

- Proven team leading skills able to coach and mentor team members effectively.
