RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure product and service quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Establish quality control processes and standards to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of products, systems, and processes.
- Manage and oversee the testing and inspection activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, operations, and customer support, to identify quality issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor key quality metrics and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards, identify areas of noncompliance, and drive corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in quality assurance methodologies, and integrate best practices into the organization.
- Foster a culture of quality excellence, promoting awareness and understanding of quality requirements throughout the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading quality improvement projects, promoting Lean Six Sigma principles, and facilitating problem-solving activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management) or equivalent experience. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven or manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes, statistical analysis, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Experience in leading and managing quality assurance teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools, defect tracking systems, and software testing methodologies.
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) are highly desirable.
