Position Overview:

- We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Head to join our leadership team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and safety.

- This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in quality management within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.

- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement effective quality control measures to enhance product quality.

- Compliance: Ensure all products comply with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

- Quality Audits: Conduct regular internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO/TS 16949.

- Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of recurrence.

- Supplier Quality: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components, implementing supplier quality assurance processes.

- Customer Focus: Engage with customers to understand their quality expectations and address any quality-related concerns or issues.

- Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality management skills of employees across the organization.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports on quality performance, metrics, and improvement initiatives to the executive team.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management within the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master's (MBA) degree preferred.

- Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar certifications are highly desirable.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO/TS 16949.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
