Head - Quality Assurance (ITES/BPO)
- The Quality Assurance Head is responsible for auditing internal and external processes, communications and policies on behalf of an organization.
- Maintains a positive relationship with the client, understanding expectations and needs, outlining quality standards and developing quality control processes.
- Work directly with the client concerning changes in reporting processes. Identifies potential risk and issues, Minimize and manages vulnerabilities and develops contingency plans.
- Assist in the overall goals of the account and company.
- Manages quality, project management and training staff to ensure adherence to contract requirements and SLAs
- Assure compliance with contractual standards, Company policy, State and Federal laws and regulations maintaining and monitoring staffing levels
- Stay abreacted of changes in policies and procedures.
- Analyze data and recommend changes to production processes or quality controls to eliminate or mitigate problems
- Responsible for overall management of the quality, PMO and training.
- Participates in strategy and long-range goals and objectives at the account level
- Identifies potential risk and issues, minimizes and manages vulnerabilities and develops contingency plans
- Formulates and implements procedures; ensures effective achievement of objectives within assigned departments.
- Improve operational efficiencies and customer service through implementation of best practices
- Provides data and feedback on activities, cost, operations, and forecast date to determine business progress
- Work directly with the client concerning changes in program policy, processes or problem resolution
- Provides regular updates to senior management regarding client issues.
- Analyzes workflow and assignments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations;
- All other duties as assigned
Qualification And Experience:
1. 15 or more years experience in leading Quality Assurance Management process with exposure of working with multiple projects and off-shore & on-shore visibility
2. Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools (minimum Green Belt Certification)
3. Certification of quality control is a strong advantage like ISO 9000 etc.
4. Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards, Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., documentation and record management, Change control, deviations, investigations, training and CAPA programs)
5. Should have implemented/completed Process Improvement projects and Quality standardization
6. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
7. Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
8. Strong team player with demonstrated track record of success in a cross- functional team and fast moving environment
9. Excellent organizational, computing and oral/written communication skills
10. Ability to influence and negotiate effective solutions and work with Sr leadership (SDH/VP)
11. Strong critical thinking and decision making skills, Reliable and Trustworthy
12. Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
13. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
