QA Head for a leading IT Services client in Bangalore

Job Profile:

- Overall responsible for QA delivery across domain verticals like BFSI & Manufacturing etc

- Responsible for QA service revenue growth

- Build new services

- Responsible for building the competency for the future

- Delivering business support to the strategic account to meet its business goals & operating margins through innovative business models & optimization techniques

Desired Profile:

- 18+ years of experience, moved from the delivery to practice head position

- Experience in quality, delivery and practice role.

- Experience in IT Services industry

- Exposure to BFSI / Manufacturing domain preferred

- Team management experience
