Head - Quality Assurance - IT

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with company objectives.

- Oversee the entire QA lifecycle, including requirements analysis, test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting.

- Build and manage a high-performing QA team, fostering a collaborative and quality-focused environment.

- Recruit, onboard, and develop the skills of QA professionals within the team.

- Implement and maintain best practices in QA methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (development, product, engineering) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development process.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize QA processes.

- Analyze QA data and trends to identify potential risks and ensure product/service quality.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by effectively communicating QA initiatives and results.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging QA technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the Quality Assurance field.

- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing QA teams.

- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies (e. , Agile, Waterfall), testing techniques, and best practices.
