- Manage quality for Plant
- Define yearly quality objectives
- Design action plans with Managers
- Implement and maintain a Quality system that is compliant with ISO 9001 standards, and in line with the Ceramics Quality Policy
- Review customers- requirements, and ensure they are met
- Support the management of quality non-conformities, including customer complaints, to prevent recurrence
- Drive a continuous improvement approach
- Develop communication and training about quality
- Implement best practices on sites
- Undertake audits and support the definition of related action plans
- Validate a control system to guarantee traceability and consistency of products and services
- Manage Quality documentation: establish and maintain all required documented information
- Benchmark and network with other Divisions
- Collaborate with Operations team to deliver the committed volumes within the specified timelines and with 100% quality
- Responsible for following and maintaining the safety standards
