- Quality Head at corporate level to lead and drive the quality function at a strategic level.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ensuring quality excellence across the product lifecycle
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a long-term quality strategy that supports the overall business objectives.
- Drive quality initiatives that enhance product quality, reduce cost, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Align quality standards with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
2. Quality Management:
- Oversee the entire quality management system
- Lead quality assurance, control, and testing protocols to prevent defects and ensure continuous improvement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and ensure they are met or exceeded.
3. Process Improvement:
- Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure top-notch product quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting a proactive approach to problem-solving.
4. Vendor & Supplier Quality:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure they meet required quality standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure supplier quality management systems align with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with procurement teams to ensure that suppliers provide products that meet stringent quality requirements.
