Job and Responsibilities :
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of researchers and analysts.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of business research projects, ensuring timely delivery of high quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their research requirements and expectations.
- Develop and implement research strategies to address client needs and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Drive innovation in research methodologies and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of our services.
- Maintain rigorous quality standards in research deliverables, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and actionable insights.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
- Proactively engage with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and seek feedback on our services.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or certification in business research or analytics is a plus.
- Proven experience (8-10 years) in business research, market intelligence, or consulting roles, with a track record of successfully leading teams and delivering high-impact projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
