Head of QAQC (Based in Shanghai) - Real Estate Industry

Our client is a well establish Singapore based real estate developer with an extensive presence in China.

Responsibilities:

- Provide advice and expertise on Green and Sustainable design management

- Oversee and guide the QA/QC staff at each project site across China

- To inspect and audit various development projects and ensure all operations are executed according to standard procedures and ISO management system

- Lead, review and suggest improvement on infrastructure/ utility, C&S, M&E and Architectural/Interior finishing works

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural) or any other relevant degree

- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in site management

- At least 3 years of working experience in China

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work on multiple projects at one time

- Ability to think both strategically and operationally and manage and meet project deadlines and budgets

- Strong technical competency with extensive knowledge in China regulations and project management
