Looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead client's purchasing operations to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal resource management. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process and purchasing functions within the company. This role involves strategic planning, supplier management, logistics coordination, and cost control to ensure that client's catering services run efficiently and cost-effectively.

- Proven experience (20+ years) in supply chain management and purchasing, with a strong track record in a leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes, including logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations.

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong experience in to SAP.

- Develop and manage purchasing policies and procedures to streamline procurement processes.

- Manage the purchasing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable conditions and cost savings.
