Job Description :

- This is a senior position with total procurement responsibilities.

- End to end responsibility of the procurement function both domestic and import of chemicals from South East Asia and China and Europe.

- Responsibility includes both direct and indirect purchasing.

- Strong background in the area of specialty chemical procurement ideally linked to personal care and pharma (API intermediates).

- Review, establish and build relationships with a supplier base with global quality parameters. Strong exposure to supplier identication and dealing.

- Responsibility for inventory management, review of shortages/purchases and inventory tracking to reduce carrying cost.
