About the role :

- We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven manager to direct the team of publishers who are working with local and global clients. The successful candidate for this role should possess knowledge of sales processes, great managing and leadership skills, excellent communication skills

- Develop new Publishers and build an ecosystem of top-notch publishers for our clients (Ecom, Online Services, FinTech, Travel, etc) and work with current top local publishers and maintain their development.

Responsibilities :

- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the team

- Setting regular targets to be achieved by the team

- Monitoring the performance of the team and motivating members to meet or exceed the targets

- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management

- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face customer meetings to close deals.

- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with publishers

- Maximizing the profit with local publishers

- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree/ Masters Degree in business, marketing or related field

- 7-10 years of experience with different publisher business models

- Experience in affiliate marketing and sales

- Strong communication skills

- Strong Team Management Skills

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
