Job Description :
- Lead the development and implementation of internal and external communications strategy in alignment with business priorities and marketing initiatives
- Build and periodically review/ update the brand communication guidelines
- Develop media engagement strategy and enhance relationships with key media and influencers for quality placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Leverage existing media and govt. relationships and cultivate new contacts within the government, business community and media
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Assist the executive leadership in drafting speeches, internal communication, etc. and in preparing for media interviews/ interactions
- Work with PR agency to create content for press releases, by-line articles and keynote presentations
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for media partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting emerging businesses and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
- Collaborate across functions - Marketing, Sales, Brand Management - on key initiatives
