Public Equity Head

Job Description:

- The Head of Public Equity will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the public equity division, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as managing and optimizing investment portfolios.

- This role requires a deep understanding of the public equity landscape, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful investments and exits.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive public equity investment strategy aligned with the firm's overall objectives.

- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across various sectors and geographies.

- Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis to assess the viability of potential investments.

Deal Sourcing and Execution:

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of investment opportunities.

- Lead negotiations and structuring of investment deals.

- Manage the execution of transactions, including coordination with legal, financial, and operational teams.

Experience: 7-16 years

Qualification: CA/MBA finance
