Job Profile :
- The job role involves working as analytics engagement leads driving decision-making tied to data based solutions.
- Develops the SME / Consumer Prospect capability, lead a team of people comprising of both direct and indirect reports and motivate the group through clear communication and strategy.
- Leads team in the data acquisition, enrichment, synthesis process and creation of actionable insights, implications and recommendations to address right offer and /or identify opportunities.
- Hunt for new data partners across multiple segments - professionals, Pvt. Ltd companies, proprietor segments etc.
- Research new and non-traditional sources of data enrichment for right offer and right contact.
- Liaise with business to understand their data requirements and accordingly formulate data acquisition calendar.
- Sets strategic roadmap for data storage, cleaning, de-duplication and related builds.
Desired Profile :
- 13+ years experience in prospect database / marketing acquisition from Financial Services background.
- Exposure to SME / Consumer prospect capability.
