Head - Property Management - Logistics Parks

Role:

- Head Property Management vertical for logistics parks and industrial units with warehouses.

- Ability to manage multiple locations in India

- Managing and overseeing the day to day operations of all facilities.

- Devise strategies & process to streamline the functions and identify value additions to existing processes.

- Identifying control measures and implementing them across sites.

- Manage and control operating budgets.

- Expertise in risk identification analysis and evolution.

- Familiar with space planning, re-layouts and renovations.

- Also responsible for administration, operations, maintenance and security.

Desired Profile:

- An engineering graduate with Pan India experience in Property and Facility Management.

- 15-20 years of property management experience managing logistics parks or large industrial units with warehouses.

- Expertise in Strategic Planning, Risk Management & delivering value to the organization.

- Ability to lead people, recognizes talent, mentor subordinates and create collaborative teams.

- Process oriented approach to re-engineer & streamline process with a focus on continual improvement.

- Highly skilled in MIS reporting, Budgeting and Profit-Loss Management.

- Subject Matter Expertise in property related matters.
