Head - Property Acquisition - Retail Chain

India's leading and one of the fastest growing Retail Chain seeks Head - Property Acquisition. Incumbent will be heading the entire function on Pan India basis reporting to business head. 

Job responsibilities include -

1. Identification, evaluation and acquisition of properties for business on Pan India Basis

2. Various types of market researches to be undertaken to understand property markets

3. Creating business case for the proposed properties

4. With the help of other functions, acquire short-listed properties

5. Creating a valid data base of properties on Pan India basis

6. Creating pipe line for relevant properties for business.

7. Managing the team spread across india

This position is based in Mumbai.
