Role Overview :

Seeking an experienced Project Head to lead its retail expansion and infrastructure projects across India. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in retail project management, vendor negotiations, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in COCO/FOFO models, cost optimization, and operational excellence to drive the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of store launches, from site identification to store handover.

- Develop project roadmaps to align with business expansion strategies and timelines.

Property Acquisition and Vendor Management:

- Identify and acquire properties in prime retail locations, ensuring alignment with market trends.

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and landlords to optimize CAPEX and operational costs.

Retail Expansion:

- Spearhead the rollout of stores under COCO and FOFO models, ensuring profitability and market penetration.

Manage relationships with mall authorities, landlords, and franchise partners to secure strategic locations.

Cost Optimization and Compliance:

- Implement SOPs for property onboarding and project execution to enhance efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and operational compliance standards during all project phases.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability among team members.

Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.

- Develop expansion strategies focusing on sustainable growth and brand visibility.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

- 12+ years in retail project management, with a proven track record in business expansion and property acquisition.

- Expertise in COCO/FOFO models and retail operations.

Track Record: Demonstrated success in opening multiple retail outlets and driving market growth.
