Head of Projects (PAN India)

- Experience managing projects PAN India location.

- Experience in large scale residential high rise projects. mandatory

Responsibilities / Activities :

Planning, Monitoring & Management :

- Facilitating and monitoring/guiding for end-to-end project execution including project scope dening, planning, scheduling, expediting the progress, cost estimation, budget/resource monitoring, and progress reporting

- Management of overall project delivery from designing to handing over encompassing design, planning, monitoring, controlling hand-over phases of the project lifecycle, overall interdisciplinary coordination, administration and resource scheduling of the entire projects across the nation.

- Project Financial Feasibility Analysis.

- Preparation of budget in consultation with Consultants, Project Head and team members ensuring that the projects are completed on time and within the prescribed budget.

- Leading the overall Project team in helping/guiding for timely completion, QA/QC and HSE compliance

- Setting individual targets, review the performance of team members. Taking decisions on critical issues.

- Oversees critical customer acquisitions and ensures effective sales of all projects to various customer segments.

- Understanding of legal and contracts related laws and requirements

- Project Management Trends internationally and nationally

- Familiarity with Safety and Environmental issues

- Customer Orientation

- Liasioning (External & Internal)

Must have :

- Project Management, construction, high rise
