Head - Projects - Locomotives - Industrial Products

The role is based of Delhi NCR and will be responsible for managing the entire project management team for successful execution of projects in the space of rolling stock from pre sales to financial closure.

Description :

- Responsible for end to end project management from pre sales to closure stage - both technical and financial

- Accountable for managing avenues of manufacturing, budgeting, liaising and management for the successful closure of the project

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholder teams for project outcomes

- Accountable for maintaining project management standards at all times as per the SOPs set out by the business

- Work closely in a KAM approach with clients and customers

Profile :

- Bachelors in Engineering with a Masters in Business Administration (preferred)

- 12+ years of experience in executing mid to large scale projects

- Proven experience of 5+ years of executing rolling stock projects

- Hands on experience with Metro and GoI as customer

- Comfortable working with teams across geographies, cultures and languages
