Function: Projects

- Overall responsible for safe execution and commissioning of projects within defined cost and time at the unit.

- Accountable for safe execution of all Multiple Projects ongoing, both green field and brown-field projects at various sites of LSI business, meeting time, cost and quality parameters agreed with the business.

- Set the clear-cut goals / objectives for the team and improve the deliverables from the projects section.

- Drive the project management processes & roll out implementation plans for each project

- Effective scope Management / Vendor / Contractor development

- Project cost management through value engineering during the implementation phase.

- Provide the clear way forward / planning documents for SCM to enable the planned procurement and delivery of equipment / systems at site.

- Effective team building and training for the team

- MIS reports on actual progress / schedules and cost tracking.

- Project risk management at site

- Effective and timely project closure

- Interaction with consultants, contractors, internal and external customers.

- Effective change control management throughout the project life cycle.
