Head of Projects & Delivery - Skill Development

As Head of the Division:

- Operationalize Skill Development Projects under various Government schemes & run them successfully & profitably

- Responsible for all projects and responsible for P&L of each project under Govt. of India Skill Development Schemes.

- Generating project reports and analyzing the status of the project.

- Manage end to end project lifecycle for Govt. Skill Development initiatives from RFP Stage, Proposal Stage, Approvals, financials, training and placements.

- Responsible to create, manage, execute RFP for Skill India

- Conduct general reviews of the project from time to time internally and with external stakeholders.

- Act as a SPOC for all the Govt. Departments/state Govt Departments for Skill Development and training initiatives.

- Visiting different centers in order to ensure the course delivery and entitlements are adhered as per the standards set by Govt & also to ensure the centers are up to the mark.

- Keeping the track of post placement and retention of candidates at work place.

- Coordination with the State representative and Monitoring team to ensure things are up to the mark as per the set standards.

- Managing relationship and updates from ministry of Skill Development.

- Full fill and update about the projects by state skill ministries or skill development departments.

- Manage payment cycle and recoveries from respective Govt departments in coordination with finance team.

- Head MIS team for entire Skill development projects.

- Connect with various Government departments & Ministries for Delivery / Operations of Projects

Complete Delivery of Govt Skill Development Programs

- Co-ordinate with all Govt bodies

- Ensure growth of Skilling Projects department

- Ensure Delivery

Qualification And Experience:

1. Should have 12+ Years of Experience & last 3 years experience in Head Skill Development Projects at National level

2. Should have worked on various Government Schemes and Extensive Experience in Govt. Sponsored Skill Development Initiatives.

3. Should have handled State/National Responsibility

4. Self-Starter and desired leadership skills.

5. Should be able to lead from the front with a detailed view on every activity of the project.

6. Team player and should be able to manage a sizeable workforce.

7. Good social and professional connect especially in Govt. Departments and respective ministries.

8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

9. Good Leadership & team building skill

10. Ensure quality delivery

11. Ex-Servicemen, Ex- IAS/IPS is preferred.
