Our client is a leading Outsourced Product Development Company which specializes in various Practices like Software Development, Data Engineering, Analytical Engineering, Internet of Things, Mobility etc. Established in 2006, had an impressive y-o-y growth, and now has chartered out a high growth strategy focused on becoming 10x of their size by 2020.

Position - Head of Projects and Delivery

Reporting - Executive Vice President

Location - Pune

Must Haves:

- Overall 12 + years of experience in delivery/ program management with Software Product Engineering or Outsourced Product Delivery Organisations

- Demonstrated success in Account Management and a track record of growing accounts on multiple development models including Agile-Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall among others

- Strong people management credentials - has successfully managed experienced and technically advanced team

- Should have experience in managing end-to-end life-cycle of complex product deliveries / projects involving technology transformations

- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or closely related field

We believe our target candidates will be those holding leadership position in Delivery / Program Management across OPD / Off-Shore Model.
