Responsibilities:

A. Operation and Maintenance strategy & work process Implementation:

- Drive to exceed committed serviceability of all the work systems

- Recommend and control changes in process, material and equipment, in order to enhance service level and improve operational efficiency.

- Deploy industry, innovation and advances in technical and management field.

- Comply with work policies and risk management procedures.

B. Health, safety and environment system including regulatory compliance:

- Drive the implementation and strict adherence of the different HSE systems and Quality standards, internal and external audits compliance. Conformance to different norms set by the different industrial regulatory bodies such as DGCA, CEA, CCOE, DPCC, MOEF, DFS,etc

- Ensure that working officials are familiar with emergency procedure at work place.

- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, process and develop systems / SOPs. To ensure safe environment for PAX, employee, stakeholders and concessionaries.

C. R&M & Utility Cost management:

- Continuously improve / optimize utility consumption requirement.

- Maintained and optimize inventory, disposal of idle asset / scrap.

- Optimize R&M cost through appropriate contract management.

- Timely completion of projects within budget.

- Develop and deploy energy saving measures in line with industry development and best practices.

D. Budget / AOP preparation & management:

- Strategies and develop annual operating plan in line with organizational vision and mission.

- Control budget spending without compromising the quality and serviceability level of the work system.

- Keep management informed regarding actual expenditure, strategic project cost, physical condition of the airport or any other information required for management decision making.

E. Team Development:

- Drive team development initiative in line with HR direction.

- Provide leadership and support to business unit through employee development, training, coaching & mentoring

- Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning and developments.

- Ensure cross functional knowledge sharing, development of best practices and deployment of innovative ideas.

F. Special projects / initiatives:

- Drive Business Excellence programs, TOC program, Business Continuity plan, in the areas of process excellence, cost reduction, energy savings initiatives, different ISO standards certifications, audits and implementation of audit points.

- Support Master planning and carry out project planning and costing including development of project execution methodology and deploy project control mechanism to ensure timely completion of such special projects and initiatives.

- Ensure appropriate implementation of sustainability frame work through deployment of special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate & Engineering

- Preferred Management degree in construction / project management.

EXPERIENCE: At least 10 years of relevant experience and 20 years of overall experience in the field of Project Management, Maintenance / Asset management of large industry
