Hiring for Head of Projects role for Chennai location

Keyskills :

- Strong in project management of deliverables and able to work with development teams to deliver SW for different Vehicle platforms, automotive domain.

- Experience driving technical cross-functional software projects (embedded and/or cloud)

- Experience in automotive products

- Understanding of agile and classic development processes and tools

- High degree of expertise and technical understanding for hardware and software architecture, preferably for automotive infotainment systems

- Software engineering and/or testing background

- Own and drive cross functional/cross department/cross organisation topics

- Identify gaps and technical needs and surface them

- Report progress and communicate engineering needs to stakeholders

- Understand complex software integration, ideally in the automotive sector

- Design work packages for suppliers and technically evaluate them

Job Description:

- Plan and lead the development of the full software stack towards achieving milestone goals, collaborate with various domains to ensure the development teams are working as productively as possible, and remove impediments on project level.

- Head Of projects will be one of the key contact persons to bring various stakeholders and their demands together. Most of all, you will be tasked with unblocking the development teams to accelerate the team's progress.

- You will be as close to the product as possible, meaning working in the actual vehicle and driving projects with a hands-on mentality.
