Head - Project Planning - Manufacturing Industry

Position: Head of Project Planning

Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end project planning for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.

- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, coordinating closely from installation to commissioning.

- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates on project status and timelines.

- Work closely with teams in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Design, and other departments.

- Demonstrate expertise in costing, budgeting, and implementing cost-saving initiatives for projects.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.

- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Preferred: PMP certification and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

- B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in customized capital equipment, capital machinery, or heavy machinery.

- Energetic, customer-oriented, and proactive in client engagement.
