Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:


- Lead and manage the project management team overseeing solar and wind energy projects, ensuring the team is motivated, well-coordinated, and effectively executing their tasks.

Project Oversight:


- Oversee the installation and commissioning processes for solar and wind projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordination:


- Work closely with site leads to ensure seamless communication, reporting, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Strategy Development:


- Develop and implement project management strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Compliance & Safety:


- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory and safety standards, conducting regular audits and assessments as necessary.

Stakeholder Management:


- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government agencies, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues promptly.

Progress Monitoring:


- Monitor project progress and performance through regular reviews and reporting.

- Implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.

Reporting:


- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and areas for improvement.
