Head of Project Management Office(PMO)


As a PMO, you will have following responsibilities :

- Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress

- Development of policies and procedures, risk assessments, control frameworks, operating models and optimisation of processes

- Identify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures

- Building and analysing as-is model to would-be model in process flows

- Identifies program risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed

- Preparation of MI/Dashboard and presentations to update/pitch to senior management including efficiencies envisaged

- Ensure standards are implemented as agreed in the KPIs/KRIs

- Managing discussions and creating BRDs for project initiatives

- Schedule and facilitate project review meetings for the purpose of updating status

- Enable governance with local & global leadership

- Creating of book of work and managing the timelines

- 5 - 10 years of Project management experience in a financial services environment and/or experience involving in projects from the business perspective

- Experience of running various complex change programs in enterprise risk management space, knowledge of various regulations like Basel, FRTB, etc. Experience of consent order remediation programs is highly desirable.

- Understanding of how change drives benefits for organization, its customers and other stakeholders

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experienced in working in environments having unclear demand, conflicting priorities and multiple senior global stakeholders

- Outstanding interpersonal skills in the interactions with various internal business partners across different seniority levels

- Ability to anticipate risks and issues, escalate and mitigate issue

- Ability to interface & work closely with global stakeholders collaboratively to deliver outcomes

- A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.

- PMP, PMO Certification or PRINCE2 Practitioner or other Project Management Certifications

- Educational Qualification : Masters / Bachelors in Finance, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Management, Economics
