Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Leading Project Management team for Generics for Regulated (US/EU/ANZ), WHO and RoW markets.
- Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects.
- Providing liaison with other line functions like PDR, AD, Regulatory affairs, Quality Assurance, Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality control etc to ensure smooth progress of the project.
- Responsible for tracking & monitoring each step in the process and managing projects so that project milestones are as per the planned timelines.
- Present the status of each project during monthly and quarterly project reviews.
- Strengthen review techniques both internal and with business teams.
- End to end responsibility of delivery of all allocated Projects as per filing/Launch dates.
- Prepare schedule of portfolio of projects and ensure resource allocation from the cross functional departments for execution as per the plan.
- Review projects and identify early warning signals and on time escalations.
- Ensure adherence to Project Management Systems, Quality and Regulatory requirements including documentation.
- Manage performance (Goal setting/Planning, Review/Feedback and assessment) of the team.
- Manage weekly and fortnightly meeting for understanding project progress, issue escalation and issue resolution.
Qualification and Experience :
- M.Pharm/Ph. D with 14 to 16 years of work experience.
- PMP/Degree or PG diploma in Management will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills, Team Management skills, Problem solving approach.
- Command over excel, MS office.
- Knowledge of MSP.
