- Our clients seek a highly accomplished EPC Project Management Professional based in Baroda to take ownership of the complete Project Management and Operations Function. Must have strong strategic & operational experience in the EPC and infrastructure development business. Possess a combination of technical knowledge, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure the successful execution of complex engineering and procurement initiatives.

- The incumbent will report to the CEO.

- Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

- Job Purpose: Will spearhead Pan-India Project Management and Execution. Will lead a large on-rolls and off-rolls team. Will oversee and coordinate multiple projects. The role encompasses designing, developing, and procuring complex engineering projects.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Engineer

2. Should have 15 - 25 Years of experience in EPC Management for Infrastructure Projects

3. Adequate experience in managing multiple projects and large teams at sites

3. Must have led a team of at least 2-5 managers

4. Experience in budget management, procurement, and equipment maintenance
