Head Project Infrastructure and Service Desk
- Drive IT Project Infrastructure & Professional Services Delivery for the Pan India.
- Responsible to implement and support customers in digital transformation journey.
- Experience in driving Projects encompassing IT Infra upgrades, Implementation, upgrade and support of Applications etc.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, recruit, grow and retain high-calibre talent at scale. Lead and manage a team of direct and indirect resources.
- Demonstrate strong skills by influencing, negotiating, and communicating with Senior Leadership, Customer and stakeholders.
- Responsible to drive and achieve Service and Program Delivery Metrics, KPI's, revenue targets.
- Responsible to Define and drive guidance on service & process improvements activities.
- Work closely with Internal and External Stake Holders including Project Managers, PMO, Technical Consultants, Account Management and Sales Teams for successful customer on boarding, governance and project execution.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by conducting regular project reviews and customer meetings.
- Drive performance metrics and other KPI's as per organizational requirements - resource utilization, CSAT, etc.
- Experience from initial customer Ideation Stage to creating & executing delivery plan to implement & support products in production.
Qualification And Experience:
1. B Tech in Computer Science or or other relevant discipline with Minimum 12 Plus years of Experience & last 4+ years as a Technical Project Manager
2. ITIL v3 Foundation certification and experience in ITIL-based processes & PRINCE2 certification.
3. Successful track record in delivering value through successful project results that meet business requirements.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
6. Ability to think analytically and independently, providing the thought leadership necessary to introduce incremental and evolutionary change.
7. Able to communicate effectively and confidently in writing and presentations - complex topics and procedures with team members and all levels of customer stakeholders.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
9. Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO).
10. Experience in a scientific research and development (R&D) environment with demonstrated ability to analyse problems and propose multiple solutions.
11. Knowledge and hands-on experience of technical implementations of large scale, highly available, robust web/mobile applications.
