Position: - Head Project

Experience: - 15 years to 20 years

Location: - Delhi & Chennai

Job Responsibilities:-

- Manage various construction projects right from conceptualization phase to construction and completion, handing over to operation

- Well versed with the Civil Works, Interior Works and services, Billing and Purchasing for Hospitality Industry and Residential Projects

- Supporting project and management in consultation with collaborators.

- Anchoring on site construction activities to ensure completion of project within

- Time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

- Participating in project review weekly meetings.

- Coordination with clients, Architectures & consultants with respect to the modifications & others wherever required.
