Head Program Management-Placements and Corporate Relations


- As the Head of Program Management of the Career Advancement Services (CAS) department based in Hyderabad, the job holder plays a pivotal role to get the placement plan executed.


- S/he is required to work in close co-ordination with the Director - CAS, and the Core team which includes the Regional Heads of CBD (Corporate Business Development) team as well as L&D team.


- The job holder will use the expertise in program management and technology platforms to optimize processes, mitigate risks, and achieve project milestones within scope, time, and budget.


- Plays a pivotal role to get the placement plan executed. S/he is required to work in close co ordination with the team to execute on time. Also need to take care of operational requirements of the department.

- To ensure effective execution of the job, the incumbent is required to plan and strict implementation of the policies to ensure overall class is benefited.


- Budget need to be prepared with perfect planning and ensure the expenditure is within limits, placement invoices need to be maximised and collected at the earliest.


- Along with process implementation, should also implement Robotic processes wherever possible.


- Continuous improvements in portals or platforms to make them user friendly.

- The job holder is expected to ensure students have a great experience under the purview of the policies by providing timely information and responses, coordinate with CBD to strategize for better recruiter experience.


- Strategize and coordinate with L&D team for overall volunteer training and management.

- S/he is required to interact with Students, and recruiters when in campus to ensure a great placement experience for all stake holders.

- Any graduate


- Formal qualification/s in Personnel management, Program management, automation & MBA will be an added qualification, MBA in HR & Systems will be an added qualification.


- Technical knowledge on automation of processes, Program management tools, optimization of process execution and increasing the efficiency are needed for the individual. MS Office, some knowledge on placement websites is an added qualification.
