Head of Program Management (Events/Conclaves/Startup Investments)

- The incumbent would be responsible for end to end program management for startup and innovation program.

- He/She will have will have overall strategic and operational responsibilities towards driving the vision and mission of the program.

- Mentor and manage the team of program managers who build efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations and delivery of the programme.

- Design and monitor the effectiveness of the projects, rigorously evaluate for improved effectiveness of the programme.

- Build structures, systems to enable the programme to scale, achieve the vision of the programme in the best possible manner with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and rapid growth.

- Lead, coach, groom employees and volunteer coordinators into a high-performance team.

Qualification & Experience:

- Should be Graduate or MBA with experience in running programmes for startups including events, conclaves etc and and support them for business finance/fund raising/investments.

- Should have 10 years of experience out of which 6 years from startup program management with fundraising / startup investment experience.
