Head - Program - eCommerce Platform

Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term Programs which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. We have several parallel Programs running each having challenges on priorities, meeting timelines, budgets etc.

We are looking for Head - Program who has -

- Proven Program management abilities - BE/MBA with min 8 yrs experience as Program manager (IT Sector or e-commerce)

- Connecting with business heads to understand the project requirements.

- Responsible for driving various business projects.

- Preparing project roadmaps for achieving business goals & assigned KRAs, and revenue generations through team & business partners.

- Responsible for defining strategies for various projects to be driven.

- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

- Excellent problem solver and effective communicator

- Excellent Organizer: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track

Plan the Program

- Define the scope of the Program in collaboration with Product Managers and Business users

- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the Program

- Work with vendors to ensure availability of the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the Program

- Develop a schedule for Program completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities

- Determine the objectives and measures upon which the Program will be evaluated at its completion

- Guide the team to evaluate the outcomes of the Program as established during the planning phase

Vendor Management

- Get the Audit vendor timesheets and resource allocations regularly to identify outliers through the team.

- Ensure proper information flow to vendors by the team

Control the Program

- Understanding various reports & MIS for data analysis

- Communicate with business users

- Monitor and control all budgeted Program expenditures
