Job Description : We are looking for a leader in professional services who will manage the complete end-to-end implementation of our products/services for our client.

Client Details : Our client is the leader in SaaS AI - enabled products for the sales team, a series B-funded organization.

Description :

- Lead the professional services vertical of the organization with a team

- Lead end-to-end implementation of the company's offerings for clients

- Designing the framework for efficient implementation of the company's SaaS Solutions

- Own and lead the entire customer engagement focusing on rapid value/ROI realization for customers built on the company's agile implementation framework of BOLT

- Lead the entire global delivery practice & competency providing thought leadership and unabated excellence in Value Engineering

- Lead, Manage & grow the professional services team for effective implementation of offerings

Profile :

- You come with 10+ years of experience in the professional services domain in the B2B technology domain

- Prior experience of leading 10+ member team size for implementation

- Should have worked with multi-national clients
