Head - Products - FinTech Startup

We are looking for a dynamic Product Leader for a well funded FinTech start-up in Bangalore to head their Products.

This Leadership role report will to their CEO and will own and drive the entire product function.

Desired candidate profile :

Education : B.E/B.Tech/Graduation with MBA from Tier 1 Institutes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead : Define product vision and road maps .

Learn : Synthesize market/business changes and technology improvements into actionable improvements for the platform.

Collaborate : Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide a global viewpoint and extend applications across use cases.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

- 10+ years of direct product management experience in the technology sector, preferably in B2B/B2C-B2BC in payment domain.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in owning products- strategy,revenue and in mentoring highly efficient multi-fictional teams.

- Familiarity with payment platform products or other financial products and technology with large user bases.

- Experience working with Indian/Global markets and in developing software for multiple geographies.

- Solid financial and analytical skills, experience in translating complex business issues into clear goals and product requirements. An MBA is a plus.

- Strong drive and curiosity to come up with new ideas, identify opportunities and create vision to drive the business forward.

- Passion and a proven track record for delivering experiences that delight customers.

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Ability to shift from developing and communicating a strategy to executing in a cross-functional, matrix organization.
