Job Purpose
- Responsible for P&L and market share growth by building and managing financial products (equity / derivatives / 3rd Party products etc) and sales strategies across online (web and mobile ) and offline channels.
- Design / enhance products as per changing customer needs and market trends.
Key Deliverables
- Review product specifications and requirements, evaluate new product ideas.
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products.
- Determine product pricing
- Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate + Full time MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes
- 8 - 10 years of overall experience in sales and marketing in Financials Services domain (minimum 4 years experience in equity market products is MUST)
- Proven track record in driving Product Innovation and Differentiation leading to share gain and revenue growth.
