Job Description :

Reporting into the Co Founder, the key responsibilities of the role are

- Being consumer focused and driving a new future within the the pet product space in India.

- Building and leading a team of product managers, UX designers and data scientists to define and evolve omni-channel technology products to offer best-in-class experience to customers.

- Being the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.

- Ensuring successful product releases based on company priorities.

- Defining product specifications, product strategy, gathering and analysing information to define product specifications and review design specifications

Profile :

A successful candidate would have the below attributes:

- 8 to 12 years of experience of working in a B2C or D2C product set up with strong understanding of technology and consumer behaviour.

- Proven leadership experience of building out platforms with multiple use cases Extensive knowledge of user experiences and journeys across devices

- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions

- Passion and ownership for learning new things and being up to date with industry trends and developments

- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

- Strong attention to detail and thrive in changing environment; a demonstrated ability to hustle and get things done

- Ability to effectively communicate with a project team; exceptional team management skills including managing through multiple layers and stakeholders

- Must be engineering or MBA institutes and have few years of experience of working in an agile environment
