Candidate must have minimum 4 years of relevant broking experience in the Product team with deep understanding of both equity and derivative products. He should have handled multiple products in this space in his current endeavour and taken revenue to new heights. Additional experience on other 3rd party products is an additional advantage. He would be responsible for Online and Offline Products. He would be developing new Products based on competition tracking and benchmarkng across the globe and coming up with new ideas based on customer's requirements. - Responsible for P&amp;L and market share growth by building and managing financial products (equity / derivatives / 3rd Party products etc) and sales strategies across online (web and mobile ) and offline channels. - Design / enhance products as per changing customer needs and market trends. Key Deliverables -&nbsp; - Review product specifications and requirements, evaluate new product ideas. - Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products. - Determine product pricing - Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.
