Head - Production - Manufacturing Firm

1. Handling Overall Production of LT and Instrumentation cables

2. Detailed planning of Machine wise manning according to production targets

3. Lead Production planning & scheduling and ensure achievement

4. Training & Development of Shop floor workforce

5. Attend and resolve machine breakdown

6. Prepare and implement SOP

7. Responsible for machine OEE improvement and FTR

8. Maintain machines in basic condition through Preventive/ Reliability Maintenance

9. Spearhead process Improvement initiatives such as TPM, Kaizen, Digitalization through IoT implementation etc.

10. Lead erection and commissioning of machineries and utilities along with substation in Greenfield facility

11. Responsible for Key KPIs i.e. Scrap%, Material consumption against BoM, Productivity/manpower, Conversion cost etc.

12. Inventory Management for tools & Tackles, WIP

13. Carry out cost reduction projects

14. Supporting the quality engineering function - liaising with engineers and suppliers to overcome day to day product and quality issues.

15. Investigation of issues and proposing solutions to lead the team of production engineers and Maintenance Engineers.

16. Supporting the engineering department for New Product Introduction

17. Design production tooling whenever required

18. Must be able to read, comprehend and analyse machine drawings

19. Must have awareness of 7QC tools, 5S and process improvement activities, ISO 9001:2015
