Head - Production - Manufacturing

We are Antal International, a senior recruitment firm, currently hiring a Head Production, Bangalore that is into manufacturing of Generators/Motor.

Title: Head Production

Location: Bangalore

Ideal Candidate:

- Should be BTech-Mechanical

- Should have 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing of electrical rotating machines such as motors, generator.

- Should be a go getter and self starter.

- Exposure to latest manufacturing techniques such as JIT, KANBAN, TQM, six sigma, QCC

- Should have capability to handle around 150 workmen in the plant.

The role will be responsible for Production, product quality, maintenance of equipment.
