Reporting to Factory Head

Job Responsibilities :

- Compliance with quality , cost, safety targets.

- Operations management

- To comply safety & GMP at workplace.

- Enhance operational efficiencies of machine/equipment.

- Preparation of annual business plan and operations budget.

- Efficiency and profitability of the plant.

- Team Management ; MENTORING / SUPERVISION / SETTING GOALS / SUPPORT MEETINGS

- Conducting process audits and detailing on quality requirements and finalizing the quality plan.

- Utilities generation and consumption in line with the site objectives.

- Corrective actions and preventive actions.
