Job Description - Report into the CEO & conceptualise, originate and design the unlisted equities product offering for the UHNI client segment of leading private banking and wealth management setup.

Client Details:

Client is a leading wealth management setup part of a homegrown industry leading financial services conglomerate.

Description:

- Should have a strong network with unlisted equity/PE/VC firm/investment banking ecosystem

- Should have demonstrated the capability to build relationships with the unlisted market ecosystem (promoters/arrangers/investment bankers)

- Active Monitoring and Capabilities to source deals and ability to structure deals

- Create communication and develop product offerings around unlisted equities

- Effectively manage the strategy and develop the P&L along with the distribution leaders

Profile:

- Should be well versed with analyzing Financial statements & Balance sheets

- Strong network within the promoters/PE/VC/IB/Startup ecosystem

- Strong educational background

- Structured approach to problem solving
