As the Head of Product and Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, development, and overall success of our company's product offerings and services. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and a passion for innovation. You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with departments such as product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional services.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Development:
- Define and execute the company's product and services strategy, aligning with overall business goals and market demands.
- Lead the ideation, conceptualization, design, and development of new products and services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Drive the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring products meet quality, performance, and user experience standards.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team of product managers, designers, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the product and services team.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with customer support teams to gather feedback, analyze customer needs, and drive product enhancements.
Financial Performance:
- Develop and manage budgets related to product development, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products and services, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and revenue.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in product management, product development, or a related leadership role.
