Being an evangelist and driving the product P&L in line with business goals. Build a vision and long-term strategy for the gaming products and align multiple teams to achieve that. Translate long term plans into effective and achievable tactics that ensure your game remains competitive in the market. You will be the evangelist to influence strategy, roadmap, marketing, technology and user experience to drive leadership position in the market.
Responsibilities
- Be primarily responsible for preparing the Gaming P&L and report on performance vs budgeted spend & targets
- Set the long term strategy and goals of the product, with the aim of maximizing the topline while optimizing the P&L
- Continuously explore opportunities for improvement by working with cross functional leaders and drive projects/initiatives for efficiencies for the business
- Owns the product & business performance metrics and champions next steps to take
- Contribute to the strategy, business model and take ownership of the business
- Detailed understanding of micro-transaction based business models, managing product-level P&Ls and exceeding revenue target goals
- Growing the business based on a combination of market trends, analytical insights from data and operational capabilities
- Lead a cross-disciplinary team to deliver features to the highest quality standards, in alignment with performance goals and leveraging the best suited toolset
- Ability to take a holistic view of product development, Marketing, technology, user experience & data science to meet business goals
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in consumer digital products
- Experience leading teams to align and execute on the business vision and goals
- High degree of organization & individual initiative with personal accountability
- Result-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Combine creative thinking with data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration & alignment
